Who is Yooniq for?

Yooniq is specially designed for modern city life - allows you to travel CO2 free, skip the queues, and incorporate sport into your daily life. It is small enough to take to your office, travel with on the tube or bus. No garage at home? No problem.

What makes Yooniq special?

Light aluminum construction makes it easy to carry up the stairs, yet it is not light on technological advance. Special double frame and construction of the bikes is very durable and incorporated shifters protect your gearing from all weather conditions. All developed with ergonomical philosophy.

How much is the delivery cost and how is Yooniq delivered?

Delivery cost is 19 € to most EU countries. You will be able to see the delivery charge for your destination before you make a payment. Your bike will be shipped and delivered by private parcel service GLS directly to your door.

What if my Yooniq is damaged during delivery?

Your bike is insured during transportation. If you receive obviously damaged packaging, return your bike to the courier and don’t sign the delivery documentations. We will send you new Yooniq right away.

What if I have a problem with my Yooniq? Who can I contact and how will my issue be resolved?

You can contact us via email at contact@yooniq.eu or a private Facebook message. Please describe your issue and give details of the problem. We are generally very quick with responses and will strive to find the most convenient solution for you.

Is there any warranty?

You have 2 years warranty for your bike. This covers all technical faults of the product. We are very sorry but we cannot refund any damage that was caused to the bike as a result of general wear and tear or improper use.

What if I have a claim? Can I return the bike?

Of course if you have a claim please contact us first via email and we will guide you through the process. If your claim is covered by warranty you can send us your bike and we will fix it or send you new one. We will also refund all transportation costs related to your claim.
